Chicken Stir Fry
1 Chicken Breast
1 Carrot - julienne strip
1 Onion - diced
3-4 pieces of Broccoli - small florets
Other Vegetables - capsicum, mushrooms, peas, corn, celery, chilli etc
2 Table Spoons of Sesame oil
1 packet of 2 min Noodles
Large/Deep Frying pan
Chopping boards to cut the chicken and vegetables
Pot for the noodles
Strainer to Strain the noodles
Table Spoon
Knives
Wood spoons for mixing the food
Method
Cut the chicken into strips.
Mix the chicken with the sesame oil.
Prepare vegetables.
Saute chicken and onions together. This means to cook the two ingredients quickly and until brown.
Add broccoli and carrots and cook for five minutes.
Add remaining vegetables of your choice and cook for a further 5 min.
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add the broken noddles into the pot and cook for two minutes
Drain noodles in a colander and add to the vegetable and chicken mixture. Mix together lightly.
Serve.
